In a cooker add oil then add chopped onion fry till translucent then add ginger garlic paste saute well then add mitton an cook for 5minutes
Add all masala mentioned saute till oil seperates
Add chopped tomatoes then add salt mix well cook till tomatoes get soft then add methi leaves mix well cook for few minutes..
Add water bring to boil then cover the lid and cook for 5 whistle on low flame
